We have owned at CQVAM since March of 2005.  Originally we didn’t intend to rent because we wanted to have the property always available to us, and there were multiple airlines with nonstop flights from Chicago. However, after some extreme health issues for me, the disappearance of nonstop flights and whole airlines, and an increasing workload for my husband, we decided to rent it out a bit.

Thankfully we met Oscar and Josh after our former manager decided to go into sales only. Oscar has been a God-send since we live in Chicago and he is there.  The major tasks during a stay are with day to day at the condo that cannot be solved when the owners are not only not onsite but also in a different country.  Addressing tenant “comforts” as well as tenant “disturbances” cannot be done from 2000 miles away.

Full-time Property Manager

When 12 units are a part of our full-service rental program, we station an onsite property manager, ensuring seamless operations, immediate responses, and top-tier guest interactions.Should your property not meet these unit thresholds, fret not. Our commitment remains unchanged. The required services are still at your disposal. The only difference? Our dedicated staff, while always available, may also serve some of our other properties.
