This place is private & beautiful with amazing views. La Ropa & Las Gatas beaches are both in walking distance. Super helpful since we booked last minute due to another rental property canceling. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Property Rental Club!

This place is absolutely gorgeous!! The staff were amazing and so friendly and it is even more beautiful than the pictures! Beautiful huge kitchen and living and dining room that opens out to beach views and the beautiful pools- and with our own mini private pool on the balcony! My kids loved all the pools and we loved walking down to the beach just steps from the pool. You can open everything up and hear the ocean or close it up and rest in the A/C. We had so much fun and will definitely be back!

This was probably one of the best and most beautiful Airbnbs I have stayed at - and I’ve stayed at a lot. More spectacular and spacious than the photos, walking distance to a gorgeous, quiet beach, access to 2 pools, and all the amenities to make it feel like home. It felt like a high class and personal experience and the host was extremely responsive and kind. And there is a jaw dropping sunset view over the bay!

How do I check-in and access the property?

Once you confirm your booking, you'll receive an instant confirmation and immediate access to our guest app. The app includes check-in instructions, special add-ons, and the contact information for the property manager and front desk team. What's the difference with direct booking vs Airbnb or VRBO?

Booking directly with us offers several advantages, including better rates, personalized service, more flexible payment options, and the possibility of extended check-in and check-out times compared to booking through third-party platforms.

What are the cancellation policies ?

Since we manage private properties, every cancellation is a potential loss for an owner. Thus, our cancellation policies are considered strict. Here’s how it works:

‍Up to 60 Days Prior to Arrival:
‍You will receive a 95% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival date.
‍
‍30 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival:
‍You will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before your scheduled arrival date. The remaining 50% will be issued as a future travel voucher.

‍Less than 30 Days Prior to Arrival:
‍Cancellations made less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the canceled dates, you will receive a refund for the rebooked portion.
