Q: Is this unit available for the dates requested?
A: Yes! We always keep our calendars up to date so if you are seeing availability on any of our booking platforms it is available.
Q: Is it possible to have an early check-in or late check-out?
A: While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we will be unable to confirm the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out until 1-2 days before the reservation check-in. If we are able to provide you with an early check-in or late check-out, it may incur an additional charge
Q: Are you able to provide me with a discount?
A: For short and medium term rentals our rates are set. As a tip, booking through our website will give you the best price for all of our units. If you have a long term rental exceeding one month we would be willing to discuss potential prices.
Q: Is this rental unit kid friendly?
A: Yes! All of Property Rental Club’s vacation units are very kid and family friendly.
Q: How many people can fit? / Can we bring extra people?
A: For your comfort and safety we do not allow any extra guests beyond the number stated- except for new born babies under 1 year old. If you rent the unit with more than the maximum number of people allowed, your reservation will be rejected.
Q: Are pets allowed in the rental unit?
A: Pets at some of our properties up on request. However, we ask that you only bring pets that are toilet trained and that you clean up after them. If damages of any kind are done to the house by an animal you bring in, you will be liable to pay for said damages.
Q: What is your policy on events/parties?
A: Your enjoyment is our number one priority and we do not mind you having fun (in fact we very much encourage it!). With that said, excessive alcohol consumption, rowdiness, noise or drug use of any kind will not be tolerated. After the first complaint guests will receive a warning, a second complaint will result in the loss of damage deposit and a third complaint will result in immediate eviction from the property.
